Facility Coordinator Summary:

The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of all equipment and inventory. In addition to general maintenance of equipment, shop and yard premises with general housekeeping duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shipping/Receiving- Load and off load equipment and inventory daily
• Equipment maintenance- maintain shop and yard equipment
• Work with HSE leadership to ensure compliance with all processes and procedures
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Accurate and timely submittal of documentation
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Proficient with Microsoft office products; ability to learn and utilize internal systems
• Forklift experience a plus; can be trained and certified
